September 2012 – West Chester University President Dr. Greg Weisenstein and his wife Sandra hosted this educational journey to Moscow and St. Petersburg, two amazing and beautiful cities, with a full day visit with students and faculty of Herzen University in St. Petersburg.  President Weisenstein shared reflections of twenty-five years of collaborative educational endeavors with the universities in Moscow and Russia, remarking on the strides of women in academia and highlighting their emerging role in business.
